From Kotobukiya’s original ARCANADEA range, Charmed joins the collection as an articulated model kit based on an illustration by necömi. The character belongs to the angelic-type Dears and combines a fantasy aesthetic with particularly distinctive mechanical and draconic elements.
Like the other ARCANADEA characters, Charmed can be assembled in two distinct configurations: Normal Mode, corresponding to her everyday appearance, and Wilize Mode, designed for combat. In this second form, she unfurls large, organically shaped wings as well as imposing armour on her arms reminiscent of a draconic creature. The wings and tail use parts in three different colours to reproduce their red, orange and translucent gradient without the need for painting.
The kit offers numerous posing and customisation options. It includes four pre-printed faces, two types of fringe — one standard and the other covering her left eye — as well as additional decals to alter expressions and reproduce certain details of her outfit. The tail is articulated at its base and across several segments, whilst the wings have their own joints to maintain their silhouette whilst allowing for different positions.
The most spectacular feature of the Wilize Mode is its large articulated gauntlet: each of the four fingers and the thumb can be positioned individually thanks to ball-and-socket joints. The gauntlet can also be mounted on the left arm by rearranging its fingers. The kit also includes five sets of interchangeable PVC hands, a dedicated display stand and several 3 mm connectors, allowing parts from the M.S.G, Frame Arms and Frame Arms Girl ranges, amongst others, to be used.

Charmed is an angelic-type Dear associated with the element of Fire. In her official profile, she is described as a daring and particularly aggressive fighter, showing no mercy towards those she considers her enemies. This attitude, however, contrasts with her behaviour towards her loved ones: Charmed is protective, caring and sometimes even excessively considerate.
She is one of the Seven Sacred Swords, a group to which Ermeda also belongs. Charmed wields one of the Haryuso, weapons in which the power of the Dragon King is sealed. This background explains the numerous dragon-inspired elements incorporated into her Wilize Mode, notably the imposing gauntlet, the sharp contours of her armour and her far more aggressive appearance once she is prepared for battle.
Despite her energetic and combative nature, Charmed also has a more unexpected side: she secretly adores cute things. Her official profile even states that her tail tends to react when she sees them – a detail she desperately tries to hide from others. This contrast between her warrior-like demeanour and her softer tastes contributes greatly to the character’s personality.
The ARCANADEA universe is set in the near future, where the discovery of the mysterious Arcana particles has enabled spectacular technological development, notably the creation of the vast virtual world of Eden. Following an event known as Kai-sei no Yoru, beings from another world have become perceptible in reality. Those who coexist peacefully with humans are called Dears, whilst some humans become their Dear Masters and work alongside them to recover the elements linked to the Arcana.
The transition from Normal Mode to Wilize Mode directly reflects this narrative dimension in the model kit: Charmed can thus be displayed either in her usual form or in her full combat configuration, complete with her large wings and equipment linked to the power of the Dragon King.
