This Ace Combat model kit from Kotobukiya depicts the CFA-44 Nosferatu, an iconic fictional fighter aircraft from the Bandai Namco video game series. Built to a scale of 1/144, the assembled model measures approximately 16.6 cm in length and faithfully reproduces the futuristic lines of this highly manoeuvrable aircraft.
This version features the ‘Skin #07 Strigon’ livery from Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown, directly inspired by the aircraft associated with the Strigon squadron. Thanks to data from the game and collaboration with PROJECT ACES, Kotobukiya has accurately reproduced the distinctive silhouette of the CFA-44, its twin slanted vertical stabilisers, air intakes, aerodynamic surfaces and numerous weapon systems.
The kit uses a snap-fit system, allowing for assembly without glue. Several configurations can be recreated: landing gear extended or retracted, weapon bays open or closed, and various weapons mounted under the wings or in the internal compartments. A small display stand is also provided to showcase the aircraft in flight.

Origin and background of the aircraft (Lore)
The CFA-44 Nosferatu is a fictional next-generation fighter aircraft from the Ace Combat universe. It first appears in Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation, where it is one of the most technologically advanced aircraft in the conflict between Emmeria and Estovakia.
The aircraft is designed as a particularly fast and manoeuvrable stealth fighter capable of carrying several experimental weapon systems. These include, notably, the EML, a very high-powered electromagnetic launcher, and the ADMM, a system capable of engaging multiple targets simultaneously.
In Ace Combat 6, the CFA-44 is closely associated with Ilya Pasternak, an elite Estovakian pilot and commander of the Strigon Team. During the Battle of Gracemeria, Pasternak uses his CFA-44 to engage Emmerian forces and cover his team-mates’ retreat.
The Strigon Team is one of the Estovakian Air Force’s leading elite units. Its dark livery and insignia became so closely associated with the CFA-44 that they were featured as an alternative scheme in several subsequent instalments of the franchise.
The CFA-44 reappears notably in Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown as a playable aircraft. The #07 Strigon skin used for this model precisely replicates the livery associated with Ilya Pasternak and the Strigon squadron, thus creating a direct link to its major appearance in Ace Combat 6.
